You will also receive a monthly FaceTime check-in with your coach, daily communication with your coach to talk about the program and ask questions, and your own document to track your progress. The online strength and conditioning program is designed for athletes ages 11-22 participating in competitive or collegiate-level sports. Our current youth athletes have noticed immense improvement in their performance on the field and in the pool after doing additional strength and power development workouts with us. This program is designed for any fitness level. It can be performed at a local gym and requires the following equipment: bike/treadmill/elliptical (any cardio equipment), resistance bands, light to moderate weight dumbbells, light to moderate weight barbell, slam-balls, kettlebell, and, most importantly, your own bodyweight!
